The 1:1 Mentorship Program is a personalized mentorship experience designed to provide individualized support, guidance, accountability, and professional development for nurses and nursing students seeking deeper mentorship and focused personal growth.
Through the R.I.S.E. Framework participants will receive tailored mentorship intended to support confidence-building, leadership development, professional navigation, and personal empowerment within the nursing profession.
This mentorship experience is intentionally designed to provide a more individualized and high-touch level of support than traditional group mentorship settings.
